This scheme is ideally seeking sites that already have planning permission, with substantial installed infrastructure in place.

HomeWorldExpo is to provide a platform for ambitious design and technology use, to provide a look into the future shape of construction and developments for high density urban living.

The delivery will include at least three different methods of offsite construction and will build on the successes of the technologies to deliver an affordable and sustainable approach to developments that will set out a standard to meet the demands on housing in the UK.
